Project Manager

Job description

The Project Manager is the primary operational interface between clients and Xperiome, and is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the project life cycle to ensure client projects proceed on time, within budget and with quality, therefore maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction.


Essential functions

  • Within the Client Services function; lead, organise and implement the delivery of clinical trial recruitment and real world data sponsored projects
  • Provide a high quality project management service to internal and external clients ensuring the on time delivery of project outputs

Responsibilities

  • Ensures high quality delivery of Xperiomes products and services to clients within expected timelines and budget
  • Is key client contact for the study and manages client relationship
  • Manages project timeline regularly, sharing this information with the management team and the client as appropriate
  • Communicates regularly with internal and external team members regarding study status and provides timely notification to all appropriate parties with deviations from timelines and/ or deliverables
  • Manage and be accountable for multiple projects, prioritize and deliver on time, meeting client expectations
  • Actively identifies and mitigates any project risks, including ensuring appropriate input from all stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating to internal and external parties as appropriate
  • Facilitates training for clients as required
  • Responsible for successful completion of project deliverables including, but not limited to, client approvals and project reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Xperiome’s QMS-approved processes and other relevant regulatory body directives, help define processes as needed and cultivate a climate of continuous learning, identifying and implementing ways to improve productivity and quality of Xperiome’s processes and services
  • Participate in departmental strategies and goals and proactively contribute to the evolution of existing and new Standard Operating Procedures
  • May support the Business Development function by leading demonstrations of the Xperiome platform to potential clients
  • To maintain a consistent approach to Project Management, ensuring adequate planning, resourcing, budget oversight and forecasting
  • To provide innovative solution suggestions which contribute to the value of the products provided to customers and enhancing the company's competitive position
  • To contribute to internal and external project retrospectives as appropriate
  • To promote and maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork
  • To cultivate a climate of continuous learning, identifying and implementing ways to improve productivity and quality of Xperiome’s processes and services
  • The position may involve other duties appropriate to the role

Job requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, ideally the life sciences, or relevant work experience
  • Extensive project management experience preferably from the pharmaceutical sector


Basic competencies and minimum experience

Technical

  • In-depth knowledge of project management concepts and approaches
  • Experience in translating business requirements and objectives to be enabled by technology solutions
  • Computer literate and proficient in Google suite of applications
  • Solid understanding of development fundamentals and processes
  • Experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 FDA-regulated environment desirable
  • HIPAA regulated environment desirable
